Linux/Unix ホストには、ベンダーが提供するパッチが利用できない脆弱性の影響を受ける複数のパッケージがインストールされています。- HZ、UTF-7、VIQR、ZW などのいくつかのエンコーディングモジュールは、変換された文字を書き込む前に、呼び出し元指定の出力バッファのサイズを適切にチェックしていませんでした。iconv(3) を使用して信頼されない入力を、影響を受けるエンコーディングの 1 つへ/から変換するアプリケーションは、影響を受けるエンコーディングモジュールの 1 つを使用する場合、バッファオーバーフローに脆弱である可能性があります。(CVE-2026-58081)
