選択性推定ツールが SELECT 権限チェックをバイパスします。一部の selectivity estimation 関数では、pg_statistic からの情報を取得する前のユーザーの権限チェックが行われず、情報が漏洩する可能性があることがわかりました。権限のない攻撃者がこの欠陥を悪用して、権限がなければアクセスできないテーブルから情報を盗む可能性があります。(CVE-2017-7484)
libpqがPGREQUIRESSL環境変数を無視します。
PGREQUIRESSL が PostgreSQL サーバーへの SSL/TLS 接続を強制していないことが判明しました。中間にいる攻撃者がこの欠陥を悪用し、クライアントとサーバーの間での接続から、SSL/TLS 保護を除外する可能性があります。(CVE-2017-7485)
pg_user_mappings ビューが外部サーバーのパスワードを漏洩します
postgresql が pg_user_mappings ビューにアクセスすると、外部データベースとのユーザーマッピングに関する情報が権限のないユーザーに漏えいする可能性があることがわかりました。このマッピングの USAGE 権限を持つ認証された攻撃者は、ビューを照会するときに、外部データベースへの接続に使用されるユーザー名とパスワードなどのユーザーマッピングデータを取得する可能性があります。(CVE-2017-7486)
