このpostgresql96の更新では、以下の問題を修正します：キャッシュサイドチャネル攻撃の軽減：

 - CVE-2017-15098：json(b)_populate_recordset()の行型の不一致によるクラッシュを修正します（bsc#1067844）。

 - CVE-2017-15099：INSERT ... ON CONFLICT DO UPDATEが、すべての場合にテーブル権限およびRLSポリシーをチェックすることを確認します（bsc#1067841）。バグ修正：
