このpython、python-baseの更新では、次の問題を修正します：修正されたセキュリティ問題：
CVE-2018-1000802：フィルタリングされていないユーザー入力の経路を介してshutilモジュール（make_archive関数）でのコマンドインジェクションを防ぎます（bsc#1109663）。
CVE-2018-1061：difflib内のdifflib.IS_LINE_JUNKメソッドにおける正規表現のバックトラッキングを介したDOSが修正されました（bsc#1088004）。
CVE-2018-1060：pop3lib内のapop()メソッドにおける正規表現の壊滅的なバックトラッキングを介したDOSが修正されました（bsc#1088009）。
バグ修正：bsc#1086001：python tarfileでは、ランダムな順序が使用されます。
