CVE-2019-6128：tif_unix.cのTIFFFdOpen関数のメモリリークを修正しました（bsc#1121626）。
CVE-2019-7663：libtiff/tif_dirwrite.cのTIFFWriteDirectoryTagTransfer関数における無効なアドレスデリファレンスを修正しました（bsc#1125113）
