logging：virtlogdのロールオーバーがlogrotateより優先されることを保証します（bsc#1137137）。
qemu：プロセスごとの最大スレッド数の制限をオーバーライドするためのサポートを追加します（bsc#1133719）。
util：ビットマップのより大きいデータバッファへのコピーを修正します（bsc#1138734）。
virsh：migrate内のprecopy bandwidthの設定をサポートします（bsc#1145586）。
virsh：migration precopy bandwidthパラメーターのupstream名を使用します（bsc#1145586）。
