基本システムコンパイラライブラリのlibgcc_s1やlibstdc++6などが、gcc 9パッケージでビルドされるようになりました。

これを使用するには、「gcc9」、「gcc9-c++」、または他のコンパイラブランドをインストールして、それを使用するための構成中にCC=gcc-9 / CXX=g++-9を使用します。

修正されたセキュリティ問題：

 - CVE-2019-15847：__builtin_darn組み込みの複数の呼び出しを単一の呼び出しに最適化する、
 POWER9バックエンド内のコンパイルミスを修正しました。

 - CVE-2019-14250：LTOリンカー内のヒープオーバーフローを修正しました。
 （bsc#1142649）

修正された非セキュリティ問題：

 - libstdc++プリティプリンターを、gdbとインストールされているランタイムを補完する別のパッケージに分離しました。
 （bsc#1135254）

 - s390上のベクトルシフトのコンパイルミスを修正しました。
 （bsc#1141897）

 - HepMCをビルドする際の内部コンパイラエラーの修正を含みます（bsc#1167898）

 - binutilsバージョン解析の修正を含みます

 - libstdc++6-ppのプロバイドと競合を追加し、gcc10からのlibstdc++6-ppの同じマイナーバージョンとのファイル競合を回避します。

 - ltoリンクにgcc9 autodetect -gを追加します（bsc#1149995）

 - goをブートストラップするためのgoツールbuildidをインストールします
