CVE-2020-7595: EOF状況での無限ループを修正しました（bsc#1161517）。
CVE-2020-24977: xmlEncodeEntitiesInternalでのグローバルバッファオーバーフローを修正しました（bsc#1176179）。
CVE-2019-19956による無効なxmlns参照を修正しました（bsc#1172021）。
