Linux/Unix ホストには、ベンダーが提供するパッチが利用できない脆弱性の影響を受ける複数のパッケージがインストールされています。-rust-openssl は、Rust プログラミング言語用の OpenSSL バインディングのセットです。影響を受けるバージョンでは、「ssl::select_next_proto」は、「server」引数のバッファを指すスライスを返す可能性がありますが、有効期間は「client」引数にバインドされています。「サーバー」バッファの寿命が「クライアント」バッファの寿命より短い場合、メモリ解放後使用（Use After Free）が発生する可能性があります。これにより、サーバーがクラッシュしたり、任意のメモリコンテンツがクライアントに返されたりする可能性があります。crate「openssl」バージョン 0.10.70 は、出力バッファの寿命を両方の入力バッファの寿命に適切に制約するために、「ssl::select_next_proto」のシグネチャを修正します。
ユーザーにアップグレードすることを推奨します。「SslContextBuilder::set_alpn_select_callback」に渡されるコールバックの「ssl::select_next_proto」の標準的な使用法では、コードが影響を受けるのは、「server」バッファが構築されている場合のみです
