リモート Redhat Enterprise Linux 6 ホストに、RHSA-2015:0028 アドバイザリに記載されている複数の脆弱性の影響を受けるパッケージがインストールされています。Red Hat CloudForms Management Engine は、仮想環境の管理の課題に対処する上で必要な情報、制御、自動化を提供します。CloudForms Management Engine は、ウェブアプリケーション開発用の model-view-controller (MVC) フレームワークである Ruby on Rails 上にビルドされています。
Action Pack は、コントローラーとビューのコンポーネントを実装します。
CloudForms Management Engine は入力をエスケープすることなく、REST API を介して SQL フィルターを漏洩することがわかりました。認証されたユーザーがこの欠陥を利用して、CloudForms Management Engine データベースに対して SQL インジェクション攻撃を実行する可能性があります。(CVE-2014-7814)
root パスワードが指定されていない場合、CloudForms Management Engine カスタマイズテンプレートが、新しく作成されたイメージに対して既定の root パスワードを使用していたことが判明しました。(CVE-2014-3692)
これらの問題は、Red Hat CloudForms チームにより発見されました。
