openSUSE 11.3 カーネルは、さまざまなバグやセキュリティの問題を修正するために更新されました。

次のセキュリティ問題が修正されています：CVE-2011-1833： ecryptfs が必ず現在の UI に属するパスにだけマウントされるように、カーネルオプションを追加しました。これにより、ローカルの攻撃者が、シンボリックリンク攻撃で権限を取得する可能性があります。

CVE-2011-3363：CIFS マウントのパスを常にチェックし、関心をひくファイルシステムパスの相互作用の問題、ならびに潜在的なクラッシュを回避してください。

CVE-2011-2918：perf フレームワークソフトウェアで、イベントオーバーフローが初期化されていないタイマーをデッドロックまたは削除する可能性があります。

CVE-2011-3353：fuse ファイルシステムで、FUSE_NOTIFY_INVAL_ENTRY が、書込みの長さをチェックしなかったため、メッセージ処理のオーバーランが発生し、 fuse_copy_fill() で BUG_ON() が発生する可能性があります。FUSE ファイルシステムをマウントできるローカルのユーザーが、この欠陥を利用して、システムをクラッシュすることがあります。

CVE-2011-3191：CIFS に関する符号の問題により、悪意あるサーバーが細工された返信をホストに送信する際に、メモリ破損を引き起こす可能性があります。

CVE-2011-1776：Linux カーネルの fs/partitions/efi.c の is_gpt_valid 関数が Extensible Firmware Interface（EFI）GUID Partition Table（GPT）のエントリのサイズをチェックせず、これにより物理的に近接の攻撃者が、細工された GPT ストレージデバイスを接続することにより、サービス拒否（ヒープベースのバッファオーバーフローと OOPS）を引き起こしたり、カーネルヒープメモリから機密情報を入手したりすることが可能です。これは、CVE-2011-1577 とは別の脆弱性です。

次のセキュリティ関連ではないバグが修正されました：

- drm/radeon/kms：I2C のマスクの定義が修正されます（bnc#712023）。

- ext4：エクステント形式ファイルの最大ファイルサイズとロジカルブロックカウンティングを修正してください（bnc#706374）。

- TTY：pty、pty カウントを修正します（bnc#711203）。

Xen パッチを 2.6.34.10 に更新。

- xen/blkfront：connect() の xenbus_gather 用のデータサイズを修正します。

- xen/xenbus：二重 xenbus_transaction_end() により引き起こされる xenbus_transaction_start() ハングアップを修正します。

- xen/blkback：空のバリアリクエストで失敗しません。

- xen/blktap：ロッキングを修正します（bnc#685276）。

- xen/xenbus：ユーザーモードが誘導する状態で BUG() を実行しません（bnc#696107）。

- xen/blkfront：CDROM ioctl 処理の NULL デリファレンスを回避します（bnc#701355）。

- intr-remap：ソース id チェックの無効化を可能にします（bnc#710352）。

ソリューション
