このMozilla Thunderbirdのバージョン45.4.0への更新では、次の問題が修正されます：- ブラウザーのようなコンテキスト、HTMLメールやフィードのレンダリングにThunderbirdを使用している場合、Firefox ESR 45.4で修正された脆弱性の影響を受けることがあります。（MFSA 2016-86、boo#999701）
このリリースでは、次のバグも修正されました：
- メールアドレスの前に区切りスペースがない場合に表示名が切り捨てられる
- 特定の状況で受信者のアドレスが間違った色で表示される
- 下書きの編集時に追加スペースが挿入される。
- テンプレートとして保存されたメールが、元のメールからIn-Reply-ToおよびReferencesをコピーする。
- メッセージの下書きの編集時に、Message-IDがないためにスレッドが破損する
-「Apply columns to...」で特別なフォルダが反映されない
