ソリューション
opensaml2パッケージをアップグレードしてください。旧安定版（oldstable）ディストリビューション (jessie) では、この問題は、バージョン2.5.3-2+deb8u2で修正されています。
安定版（stable）ディストリビューション（stretch）では、この問題はバージョン2.6.0-4~deb9u1で修正されています。
