もし悪意のあるキャンペーン/マップがロードされると、「Battle of Wesnoth」ゲームのパス制限の欠如により、ユーザーのホームディレクトリの任意のファイルの漏洩をもたらす可能性があることが、Ignacio R. Morelle 氏により発見されました。

旧安定版（oldstable）ディストリビューション（distribution）では、この問題はバージョン 1:1.8.5-1+deb6u1 で修正されています。他のリリースのバージョン用の DSA-3218-1 を参照してください。
